What Does '95% Curcuminoids' Mean on a Label?
95% curcuminoids means that 95% of the turmeric extract, by weight, is curcuminoids, the yellow compounds of the root. It describes purity, not how much you get. On Synaptril the extract amount is hidden in a 575 mg blend, so the label alone cannot give you a curcumin dose.

What does 95% curcuminoids mean?
95% curcuminoids means the extract was concentrated so that 95% of its weight is curcuminoids. Curcumin is the best-known one.
The label reads "Turmeric (Curcuma longa) Rhizome Extract 95% Curcuminoids". Standardizing to a set share keeps batches alike. It does not promise a dose.
Curcuminoids are a group, and curcumin is only the best-known member. So "95% curcuminoids" is not quite the same claim as "95% curcumin".
Does 95% curcuminoids tell you the dose?
No. A percentage of an unknown amount is still unknown.
Turmeric is the fifth of six blend lines, and the magnesium math leaves at most about 44 mg for it, so the curcuminoids come to no more than about 42 mg.
At 14.1%, 80 mg of magnesium needs about 567 mg of magnesium glycinate. That leaves about 8 mg for alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom, L-carnitine, turmeric and CoQ10 together.
