You get back what you paid for the product, sent to your original payment method. The cost of mailing the bottles back stays with you.
So the real refund is the pack price minus your postage. On the 6-bottle pack at $294, a tracked parcel might take a small bite. On the 2-bottle pack at $178, that same bite is a larger share.
The 2-bottle pack also adds a shipping charge at checkout. The returns page we read does not say whether that outbound charge comes back. Ask the order desk on the same call where you request return steps.
The refund only starts after the package is received and inspected. A tracking number is your proof that the box arrived inside the window, so the extra cost of a tracked service is worth it.

Mail Synaptril returns to the address the order desk gives you on your call or email. Two different addresses are in circulation, so do not guess.
The seller's brief lists 150 Broadway, Suite 1000, New York, NY 10038. The returns page linked from the order page lists SHIPOFFERS, 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011 (Synaptril sales page).
