Synaptril Quality: What Do the Badges Prove?
Synaptril quality testing is not published: as of October 18, 2026, no lab report, certificate of analysis or third-party seal is public. The brand shows ten badges, including GMP and an FDA-registered facility, but none names a certifier, a factory or an audit date. The label itself is complete and readable, and it is the best quality evidence a buyer has.

What is public01
What Synaptril quality testing is published?
No Synaptril quality testing results are published. We found no lab report, no certificate of analysis and no seal from an outside testing program as of our October 18, 2026 check.
What a buyer can see is the label. It lists every ingredient, the one printed amount (80 mg of magnesium), the cautions and the distributor, Gluco Elixir of Aurora, Colorado. The manufacturer and the country of manufacture are not named.
That gap matters because FDA does not test or approve supplements before they are sold. The maker is responsible for safety and for what the label says (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements). A government agency also warns that what is on a supplement label may not match what is in the bottle (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely).
So the fair summary is short. The label is complete; the proof behind it is private.
| Item | Status | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Supplement Facts panel | Printed in full | You can read all six blend lines and the 80 mg magnesium amount. |
| Other ingredients | Printed in full | Capsule shell and four flow agents, no colors or sweeteners listed. |
| Distributor | Printed: Gluco Elixir, Aurora, CO | A company and phone number to contact about the bottle. |
| Manufacturer and factory | Not named | You cannot look up the plant or its inspection history. |
| Lab report or CoA | Not published | No public test of potency, heavy metals or microbes. |
| Third-party seal | None on the label | No outside group has publicly checked the capsule. |
| Lot and CoA codes | Seller references only | Useful for matching an order, not proof of testing. |
GMP02
Is Synaptril made in a GMP facility?
Synaptril shows a "GMP certified" badge, but the claim cannot be checked from what is public. No factory, certifier, certificate number or audit date is given.
GMP stands for good manufacturing practices. Federal rules already require every supplement maker in the US to follow them, so the phrase describes a legal minimum, not a special grade. A real certificate comes from a named auditor and covers a named plant.
A badge without those details is a seller claim. It may well be true; it is simply not shown to the buyer.
What would make the GMP claim checkable
- The name and city of the plant that fills the capsules
- The auditing body and the date of its last visit
- A certificate number you could look up with that auditor
- A batch report that lists the lot code on your bottle

Badges03
What do the Synaptril quality badges actually prove?
The ten Synaptril badges prove nothing on their own. They are images supplied by the brand, and each needs a document behind it before it counts as evidence.
Some line up with the label. The capsule shell is hypromellose, a plant material, which fits the vegetarian badge. The money-back badge matches the 60-day guarantee on the order page (Synaptril sales page).
Others have nothing visible behind them. "Doctor formulated" names no doctor. "Registered FDA facility" names no facility, and registration is a listing, not an approval. Each badge carries a plain note below.

A brand badge. There is no factory, certifier or audit date on the label.

A brand badge. The label prints no facility statement, and FDA registration is not approval.

A badge from the brand. The label itself names no country of manufacture.

A brand badge. No outside certification is printed on the label.

A brand badge. No certifier is named, and the capsule also lists flow agents such as silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.

A brand badge. No formulator is named or credentialed.

A brand badge. No gluten test or certifier is named.

A brand badge. No dairy appears in the listed ingredients.

A brand badge. The capsule is hypromellose, a plant-based shell; the stearate sources are not stated.

Matches the sales page: a 60-day money-back guarantee.
The badges all come from the brand's own image set. A badge is a claim by the seller, not a certificate: none names a certifier, lab or audit. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements), and health claims in ads need real evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
Read the panel04
What does the Synaptril label tell you about quality?
The Synaptril label tells you what should be in each capsule and how much room each part can take. It does not tell you that a lab confirmed it.
The panel prints 80 mg of magnesium and a 575 mg blend. Magnesium glycinate is about 14% magnesium by weight, so 80 mg of magnesium needs roughly 567 mg of it (GlobalRPH, Magnesium Glycinate). That is nearly the whole blend.
A lab report would settle the question of what the other five ingredients add up to. Without one, the arithmetic gives only ceilings. Tap the six numbered spots to read each part of the panel.

- Magnesium 80 mg
As magnesium glycinate from the proprietary blend: 19% of the Daily Value.
- 19% DV
The Daily Value for magnesium is 420 mg, so 80 mg is 19%.
- Proprietary blend, 575 mg
Six ingredients share 575 mg, listed most to least by weight.
- The six lines
Magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root, L-carnitine, turmeric (95% curcuminoids), CoQ10.
- Other ingredients
The capsule shell and flow agents. No sweetener, caffeine or color is listed.
Lot and CoA05
Are the Synaptril lot and CoA codes proof of testing?
No. The codes S-26/TH-8032 (lot) and S-8032-26-TH (CoA) come from the seller's material, and no matching lab document is published.
A lot code ties a bottle to a production run. That helps with a recall or a complaint. It does not show what a test found, or whether a test was run.
The bottle base may carry its own lot and best-before print. That print, not a code on a web page, is what to quote when you call the order desk.
Write down the lot and best-before from the base, then compare them with your order. The steps are on the Synaptril lot number check page.

What is the Synaptril capsule made of?
The Synaptril capsule is made of hypromellose, a plant-based shell, filled with the blend and four helpers: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silicon dioxide.
Those four help powder flow through filling machines and keep it from caking. They are common in capsules and add no claimed benefit.
The label lists no caffeine, sweetener or color. It asks you to store the bottle below 30°C (86°F) and to skip it if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
- Check the seal before the first capsule.
- Keep the cap tight and the bottle out of steamy rooms.
- Do not use a bottle past its printed best-before date.
- Keep it out of reach of children, as the label says.
Ask the seller07
What should you ask Synaptril about testing?
Ask the Synaptril order desk for a certificate of analysis for your lot. Then ask who made the capsules and who tested them.
A clear reply names a lab, gives a test date and lists results for potency and contaminants. A vague reply, or a badge image sent back, tells you the paperwork is not on hand.
Write to [email protected] or call +1 (323) 348-1373 with your order ID. This website cannot see orders or lab files.
Give the lot code
Read it from the bottle base so the answer covers your batch.
Ask for the CoA
Request the full report, not a summary, with the lab's name on it.
Ask about contaminants
Heavy metals and microbes are the usual checks for capsules with plant extracts.
Ask where it was made
The label names a distributor only, so the plant is a fair question.
Problems08
How do you report a Synaptril quality problem?
Stop taking the capsules and keep the bottle. Report a health problem to FDA through its Safety Reporting Portal, or call 1-888-INFO-FDA (FDA, How to Report a Problem).
A broken seal, odd smell or capsules stuck together is a quality problem. Rash, stomach trouble or yellow skin is a health problem, and it needs a doctor first.
While you sort it out, keep taking prescribed medicine. Then tell the order desk your lot code so other bottles from the run can be checked. Read Synaptril side effects for what to watch for.
FAQ09
Synaptril questions people ask
Does Synaptril have a certificate of analysis I can download?
No public certificate of analysis exists as of our October 18, 2026 check. The code S-8032-26-TH appears in seller material, but no matching report is posted. Ask the order desk at [email protected] for the CoA that covers your lot.
Is the Synaptril GMP badge a real certification?
We cannot confirm it. The badge names no plant, auditor or certificate number. US law already requires supplement makers to follow good manufacturing practices, so a checkable certificate would add the auditor's name and a date. Until then it is a seller claim.
Who manufactures Synaptril capsules?
The label does not say. It names Gluco Elixir of Aurora, Colorado, as the distributor, and no factory or country of manufacture is printed. The made-in-USA badge comes from the brand's image set, not from the label.
Has an independent lab tested Synaptril for heavy metals?
Not publicly. We found no third-party contaminant results for Synaptril. Plant extracts such as turmeric and butcher's broom are the parts most often checked for metals, which is why a lot-specific report is a fair thing to request before you buy.
Does an FDA-registered facility mean Synaptril was inspected?
No. Registration is a listing of a facility with FDA, not an approval of a product or proof of a recent inspection. The Synaptril badge also names no facility, so there is nothing to look up.
What should I do if my Synaptril capsules look damaged?
Do not take them. Photograph the capsules and the bottle base, note the lot code, and call +1 (323) 348-1373 with your order ID. The label says not to use a bottle whose safety seal is damaged or missing.
