Does Synaptril have free shipping?
Yes, on two of the three packs. Synaptril free shipping applies to the 3-bottle pack in the US and to the 6-bottle pack, as of our check on October 18, 2026 (Synaptril sales page).
The 2-bottle pack, at $178, adds a shipping charge. The order page does not print that amount. It appears on the BuyGoods checkout once you enter your address, before you pay.
So the cheapest way to get free delivery is the 3-bottle pack at $216. That also gives you 90 days of capsules, which is enough to judge the product inside the 60-day refund window.

Does Synaptril ship from the USA?
Yes. Synaptril orders ship from the US, and the returns page lists a fulfillment address in Aurora, Colorado, the same city as the distributor on the label.
The label reads "Distributed by: Gluco Elixir, Aurora, CO 80011, +1 (323) 348-1373, [email protected]". The bottle does not name a factory or a country of manufacture, so where the capsules are made is not stated. Shipping origin and manufacturing are two separate questions.
For buyers outside the US, the checkout decides. Enter your address there and it shows whether delivery is offered and what it costs. If in doubt, ask the order desk first.

Can I change my Synaptril shipping address after ordering?

Have your order ID, the old address and the new one ready. Once the parcel has a tracking number, the change may need to go through the carrier instead.

What should I check when my Synaptril box arrives?
When your Synaptril box arrives, check that each bottle has an intact safety seal, that the label matches, and that the bottle count matches your pack.
The label says not to use a bottle if the seal is damaged or missing. It also says to store the bottles in a cool, dry place below 30°C (86°F). If a parcel sat in a hot mailbox or car, move it inside promptly.

Who pays shipping on a Synaptril return?
You do. On a Synaptril return, the buyer pays return shipping, and that cost is not refunded. Only the purchase price comes back.
The guarantee runs 60 days from the date of purchase and covers all bottles, empty or not. Contact the order desk before you mail anything. Include a note with your full name, email and order ID, plus the packing slip, and use a tracked service.
The return address is not consistent across sources. The seller's brief lists 150 Broadway, Suite 1000, New York, NY 10038, USA, while the order page's returns page lists SHIPOFFERS, 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011. Call first and use the address the order desk gives you.
