Is it legit?
Is Synaptril Legit or a Scam? What We Could Verify
Is Synaptril legit? It is a real, labeled dietary supplement sold through a known checkout with a written 60-day refund policy, so it does not look like a scam. It is also new, untested as a product, hides five of six amounts, and is marketed with paid advertorials. Legit as a purchase, unproven as a memory aid.

Verdict01
Is Synaptril legit or a scam?
Synaptril is legit in the narrow sense: a real capsule with a full label, a named distributor, a working checkout and a written refund policy. A scam usually lacks most of those.
"Legit" can also mean "does it work as advertised". On that question the answer is weaker. No study has tested the Synaptril capsule, and the memory claims on the bottle run ahead of the evidence for its ingredients.
So we split the verdict in two. As a purchase, it checks out, with some friction on returns. As a brain product, it is an unproven supplement led by magnesium.

| Is there a refund policy? | 60 days from purchase, all bottles, empty or not | Checks out; buyer pays return postage |

| Is the product tested? | No trial of the capsule found | Weak spot |
| Are there verified reviews? | None found tied to real orders | Unknown |
The bottle02
Does the Synaptril label look like a real supplement label?
Yes. The Synaptril label has every part a US supplement label needs: a Supplement Facts panel, directions, cautions, the FDA disclaimer and a distributor with a phone number.
The directions say one capsule a day. The caution text rules out anyone under 18 and pregnant or nursing mothers, and it asks people on medication to see a physician first. A small code, ENB_452_01_062526, runs up the side.
What the label does not say matters too. It names no manufacturer and no country of manufacture. That is legal, but it means the "Made in USA" badge on the sales page has nothing on the bottle to back it.
Contact details that match
The label prints Gluco Elixir, Aurora, CO 80011, +1 (323) 348-1373, [email protected]. The same phone and email appear at checkout, which is a good sign the order desk and the bottle belong together.

Red flags03
What are the red flags with Synaptril?
The main red flags with Synaptril are its new web domain, hidden ingredient amounts, return postage you pay yourself, and marketing that leans on paid articles.
A MalwareTips review listed several of these. It noted that the sales domain was registered in July 2026, that doses sit inside a proprietary blend, and that returns go to a shared fulfillment address in Aurora, Colorado. We confirmed the blend and the postage rule ourselves (Synaptril sales page).
None of these makes the product fake. They do mean you carry more of the risk than you would with an older brand that prints every amount.
Young domain
Registered July 2026, so there is little track record to judge.
Blend amounts
Only magnesium is printed. The law allows this for blends (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement Facts).
Return postage
You pay to mail bottles back, and that cost is not refunded.
Paid advertorials
Newswire pieces from July 2026 are ads with affiliate links.
Claims04
Are the Synaptril claims and badges backed up?
Only partly. The three label claims are legal structure/function wording with an asterisk, but no study of the capsule supports them, and most of the badges name no certifier.
The blend math shows why. Magnesium glycinate is about 14% magnesium (GlobalRPH, Magnesium Glycinate), so 80 mg of magnesium needs roughly 567 mg of it. That is nearly all of the 575 mg blend. Even with a richer grade, the other five ingredients share at most about 175 mg.
Research on those five used far larger amounts. Memory trials of carnitine used the acetyl form at 1.5 to 3 g a day (Cochrane, Acetyl-L-carnitine for dementia). An expert panel convened by AARP endorsed no supplement for brain health (AARP / GCBH, Brain Health Supplements 2019).
- Label front“Advanced Brain Support*”No trial has tested Synaptril. Structure/function wording with the FDA asterisk; it is not a claim to treat any disease. (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements)
- Label front“Enhances Memory & Focus*”Reviews of brain supplements find no proof that any of them prevents memory decline. None of the six ingredients has strong memory evidence at these amounts. (NCCIH, Supplements for Cognitive Function) (AARP / GCBH, Brain Health Supplements 2019)
- Label front“Boosts Mental Energy*”No caffeine or other stimulant is on the label. Researchers define mental energy as mood, motivation and sustained attention, and supplement evidence for it is inconsistent. (Tufts, Mental Energy Claims)
- Brand badge“Doctor Formulated”No formulator is named on the label, the order page or the badge. (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
- Brand badge“Registered FDA Facility”The label prints no facility statement. Registration, where it exists, is not FDA approval. (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements)
- Brand badge“100% Natural Ingredients”No certifier is named. The capsule also lists flow agents such as silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely)
- Bottle backThe FDA statement'Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.' That line is accurate, and it is the one to keep in mind. (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements)
Claims as printed on the label and the brand badges. A health claim needs competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally from human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
Each claim is examined in more detail on the Synaptril benefits page.

Are there fake Synaptril websites?
Yes, there are lookalike Synaptril pages. As of our check on October 18, 2026, we found copycat pages hosted on lovable.app and Trustpilot profiles for other domains using the Synaptril name.
These pages repeat ad copy and sometimes list the wrong formula. One third-party review lists Rhodiola, and a paid article lists phosphatidylserine. Neither is on the bottle. If a page says otherwise, it is not reading the real label.
Names that sound close, such as Synaptigen and Synaptol, belong to different products. They are not versions of Synaptril.
- The official order page is synaptril.com/pv, and checkout runs on BuyGoods.
- The real label lists six blend ingredients, with magnesium glycinate first.
- Synaptril is sold as capsules, never drops or gummies.
- We found no Amazon, Walmart or eBay listing.

Refunds06
Does Synaptril really give refunds?
The Synaptril returns page promises a refund within 60 days of purchase, for all bottles, empty or not. We have no verified buyer report yet that shows a refund paid.
The steps are written out: call +1 (323) 348-1373 or email [email protected] first, mail every bottle with a note and the packing slip, and wait 5 to 10 business days after inspection. You pay the postage.
Full steps are in the Synaptril refund policy.

FAQ08
Synaptril questions people ask
Is Synaptril a real product or a fake one?
Synaptril is a real product with a full Supplement Facts label, a named distributor in Aurora, Colorado, and a BuyGoods checkout. What is not established is whether it helps memory. No trial of the capsule has been published, and five of its six amounts are hidden.
Why does MalwareTips flag Synaptril?
MalwareTips flags Synaptril because its domain was registered in July 2026, its doses sit inside a proprietary blend, returns go to a shared fulfillment address, and buyers pay return postage. Those points concern risk and transparency. They do not show the product is counterfeit.
Who distributes Synaptril?
The label names Gluco Elixir of Aurora, Colorado, as the distributor, with the phone +1 (323) 348-1373 and [email protected]. The label does not name a manufacturer or a country of manufacture, so the factory behind the capsule is unknown to us.
Does Synaptril contain Rhodiola or phosphatidylserine?
No. Neither appears on the Synaptril label. Some third-party articles list them, which suggests they were not reading the bottle. The real blend is magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10.
Is Synaptril the same as Synaptigen or Synaptol?
No. Synaptigen and Synaptol are different products from different sellers, despite the similar names. Their labels, prices and refund rules are not Synaptril's, so reviews and warnings about them do not apply to this capsule.
Is the BuyGoods checkout for Synaptril safe to use?
BuyGoods is the payment processor the official Synaptril order page links to, and it runs checkout for many online supplement sellers. Reach it from the order page, check the address bar, and keep your order ID email for any refund request.
