How much does Synaptril cost per day?
Per day, Synaptril costs about $2.97 on 2 bottles, $2.40 on 3 bottles and $1.63 on 6 bottles.
That is the pack price divided by the days it covers. The 2-bottle figure leaves out shipping, which the checkout adds; the 3 and 6-bottle packs ship free in the US. Our shipping page has the details.

Each Synaptril capsule holds a 575 mg proprietary blend of six ingredients, and the price per bottle does not change what is in it.
The label prints one amount: magnesium 80 mg (19% DV). Magnesium glycinate is about 14% magnesium by weight (GlobalRPH, Magnesium Glycinate), so that 80 mg takes up roughly 567 mg of the blend. A cheaper bottle holds the same capsule as a dearer one.
A worked example: 6 bottles at $294 cover 180 days, so each day costs about $1.63. On 2 bottles at $178 the same capsule costs about $2.97 a day. The discount lowers the price, not the dose.
